What an incredible experience. Intense on many levels... phsically, mentally and emotionally. This has been one of the most demanding thing I have ever done.

I would like to express my deep appreciation for all the donations and for everyone's support that allowed me to take part on this ride. I was able to test myself as well as witness the challenges faced by the people of the Wild Coast. We worked with Touch Africa and were able to experience, first hand, the work that they are doing. Truly remarkable.

This has been a very successful year and we were able to raise in excess of £300,000 for UNICEF Born Free From HIV, Nelson Mandela Children's Foundation, Sentebale and Touch Africa. Along the way, I met some excellent individuals with the same desire for positive change and adventure. I really can't say enough.
